Dan Ephraim, president of MPE, will deliver a presentation at AMI’s Single Serve Capsules 2018 conference on June 20th in Chicago. His presentation titled Grinding: the most critical element in capsule and pod manufacturing will start the 2nd day of the conference at 9:00 AM. Ephraim’s presentation will address bi-modal particle distribution curves, ensuring sufficient coffee density, improving large scale process flow and system design.
Earlier this year Ephraim’s expertise was quoted in T&CTJ’s March issue for the article “Grinding for Single Serve.”
