What to Expect in Our Booth

  • Wet & Dry Hybrid CIP – Tier 2 Chain-Vey CIP conveyors integrate with existing plant CIP systems or MPE’s standalone cleaning units to introduce wet or dry sanitizing agents and quickly clear residual flavors, colors, or coatings from dry products and ingredients. Tier 2 is semi-automatic with minimal operator interface. For wet-cleanout applications, optional flanged pipe connections ensure a water-tight seal.
  • TRUE-BLUE Metal-Detectable Pucks – Swap out standard discs for “TRUE-BLUE”, metal- and X-ray-detectable UHMW pucks. Should a fragment ever break loose, in-line detectors catch it long before packaging. Helps plants satisfy FSMA/HACCP programs, avoid recalls, and safeguard brand trust.
  • Self-Cleaning Vacuum Turnaround – The Chain-Vey vacuum turnaround offers a self-cleaning design during operation, eliminating the need for frequent manual cleanouts, saving you valuable time and money. The addition of compressed air nozzles and a dust collection vacuum port offer peace of mind in preventing cross-contamination and eliminating downtime during product changeover.
