Os engenheiros do MPE Systems Group gerenciaram o projeto desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 o comissionamento.   <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do pr\u00e9-projeto ao comissionamento, o projeto durou cerca de um ano. O projeto foi conclu\u00eddo no prazo, apesar da pandemia do Coronav\u00edrus. At\u00e9 99,98% do caf\u00e9 verde \u00e9 desensacado com sucesso. <\/li><li>Empilhamento autom\u00e1tico de oito (8) paletes vazios para f\u00e1cil remo\u00e7\u00e3o com empilhadeira.<\/li><li>Os sistemas integrados de coleta de poeira mant\u00eam a \u00e1rea limpa e quase livre de poeira.<\/li><li>Zero trabalho f\u00edsico extenuante e repetitivo necess\u00e1rio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p de barbante de estopa em que o caf\u00e9 foi enviado.<\/li><li>O caf\u00e9 verde ent\u00e3o passa por um limpador de gr\u00e3os, que remove quaisquer detritos, sujeira ou gr\u00e3os fora das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do processo.<\/li><li>O caf\u00e9 \u00e9 ent\u00e3o transportado atrav\u00e9s de um transportador pneum\u00e1tico para um \u00edm\u00e3 que garante que nenhum metal ferroso ou n\u00e3o ferroso tenha chegado t\u00e3o longe no processo.<\/li><li>Em seguida, o caf\u00e9 flui atrav\u00e9s de um detector de metais com uma v\u00e1lvula de rejei\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica, este processo garante uma perda m\u00ednima de produto, mantendo a seguran\u00e7a intransigente do produto.<\/li><li>O caf\u00e9 ent\u00e3o cai em uma balan\u00e7a a granel que mede incrementos de 500 lb
