Seu primeiro sistema de cabos transportou caf\u00e9 verde de um ponto de descarga para seu equipamento de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o. O fabricante de transportadores de cabos havia prometido longevidade. No entanto, os gerentes de torrefa\u00e7\u00e3o ficaram muito insatisfeitos ao experimentar um custo de propriedade e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o muito mais alto do que o prometido ao longo do tempo.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NECESSIDADES DO CARIBU<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O caf\u00e9 verde \u00e9 tipicamente abrasivo e, por esse motivo, desgasta os transportadores mais rapidamente do que outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es. Os gerentes de torrefa\u00e7\u00e3o estavam substituindo cabos e discos em uma base de 18 a 24 meses devido ao alongamento do cabo. O desgaste do cabo tamb\u00e9m significava ter que emendar se\u00e7\u00f5es de cabo periodicamente. Al\u00e9m disso, se o cabo quebrasse no meio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, os gerentes n\u00e3o queriam emendar o cabo com pedidos n\u00e3o atendidos. Eles queriam experimentar um sistema Chain-Vey e ver se isso realmente significava menos manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e maior confiabilidade.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SOLU\u00c7\u00c3O DO MPE<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os engenheiros da MPE ofereceram um retrofit Cable-to-Chain-Vey econ\u00f4mico para seu transportador de cabos de caf\u00e9 verde. Ele capturaria quase todos os benef\u00edcios do Chain-Vey sem a necessidade de substituir todo o transportador.
