A tremonha pode ser instalada no subsolo ou em uma estrutura de suporte como um mezanino baixo. Os paletes s\u00e3o movidos para uma unidade basculante. A plataforma basculante autom\u00e1tica descarrega os sacos na boca do abridor de sacos. Uma vez que o palete esteja completamente vazio, ele \u00e9 transferido para a unidade de coleta de paletes vazia. Esta \u00e9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o compacta e economiza m\u00e3o de obra, pois apenas um operador de meio per\u00edodo \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio. \u00c9 tamb\u00e9m uma das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de maior rendimento.     <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistemas basculantes para reboques ou cont\u00eaineres<\/h3>\n\n<p>Os basculantes de descarga de cont\u00eaineres permitem a descarga de reboques. Para um cont\u00eainer de 20 p\u00e9s, um operador pode descarregar at\u00e9 20 toneladas de caf\u00e9 verde. Os sistemas basculantes combinados geralmente podem descarregar dois cont\u00eaineres por hora. Um abridor autom\u00e1tico de sacos combinado com o sistema basculante recebe os sacos de caf\u00e9 do recipiente para esvaziamento.
