Os Chain-Veys substitu\u00edram os transportadores helicoidais e os transportadores pneum\u00e1ticos que resultaram em feedback ruim do cliente, com o produto fora das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n<p>Com as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de fresagem e embalagem divididas por uma ampla \u00e1rea de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o WIP, uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de brocas helicoidais e sistemas pneum\u00e1ticos parecia a \u00fanica solu\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1vel na \u00e9poca. Embora o uso de transportadores helicoidais e sistemas pneum\u00e1ticos tenha sido capaz de transportar a farinha, eles n\u00e3o conseguiram faz\u00ea-lo sem um custo significativo. O custo veio na forma de produtos fora das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e feedback ruim dos clientes resultante da natureza brutal do transporte pneum\u00e1tico e de parafuso. Incapazes de continuar lutando com produtos fora das especifica\u00e7\u00f5es, os gerentes de f\u00e1brica come\u00e7aram a avaliar outras solu\u00e7\u00f5es de transporte, raz\u00e3o pela qual procuraram a assist\u00eancia da MPE.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Familiarizada com a import\u00e2ncia de manter o tamanho das part\u00edculas de produtos granulares por meio da experi\u00eancia na ind\u00fastria do caf\u00e9, a MPE sabia que o transporte suave do Chain-Vey era exatamente a solu\u00e7\u00e3o que os gerentes de f\u00e1brica precisavam.
