O bra\u00e7o levanta paletes inteiros de caf\u00e9 em saco de juta e super sacos. A taxa operacional alvo do mezanino atende \u00e0 taxa desejada pelo cliente &#8211; com espa\u00e7o de sobra. \u00c9 um sistema de alta efici\u00eancia; o que significa baixo ru\u00eddo e seguran\u00e7a excepcional devido \u00e0 coleta de poeira embutida dentro do funil, que puxa toda a poeira e detritos para longe da atmosfera acima da plataforma.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O componente de coleta de poeira protege a sa\u00fade respirat\u00f3ria dos operadores. A estrutura da mesa permite que os trabalhadores cortem sacos de juta paletizados abertos em altura de p\u00e9, evitando que as costas cortem repetidamente na altura do ch\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O transportador de arrasto tubular Chain-Vey de seis polegadas de di\u00e2metro da MPE na parte inferior do funil transporta silenciosa e eficientemente o caf\u00e9 verde a uma taxa de at\u00e9 1400 p\u00e9s c\u00fabicos (cerca de 34 metros c\u00fabicos) por hora, ou 56.000 libras (cerca de 25.400 kg) por hora.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os alimentadores vibrat\u00f3rios promovem o fluxo do caf\u00e9 verde abrasivo para o transportador. O caf\u00e9 \u00e9 transportado para cima e atrav\u00e9s de uma parede adjacente ao sistema de limpeza de gr\u00e3os verdes em outra divis\u00f3ria do edif\u00edcio. Se o cliente tivesse optado pelo transporte pneum\u00e1tico neste momento, a MPE diz que os trabalhadores estariam expostos a n\u00edveis de ru\u00eddo superiores a 85 decib\u00e9is, reduzindo assim a facilidade de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e exigindo prote\u00e7\u00e3o auditiva para atender aos requisitos da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade Ocupacional. Al\u00e9m disso, os engenheiros de sistemas estimaram que um transportador pneum\u00e1tico com c\u00e2maras de ar teria usado cerca de 37 kWh por hora, enquanto o Chain-Vey usava apenas 9,2 kWh por hora. Isso equivale a uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 75% no consumo de eletricidade.    <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sistema de limpeza de feij\u00e3o granel \u2014 esta balan\u00e7a a granel dispensa incrementos de 500 lb (227 kg) de feij\u00e3o verde para rastreamento preciso das quantidades que entram no sistema para processamento.<\/li><li>Em seguida, transportado usando um Chain-Vey a cerca de 40 p\u00e9s verticais at\u00e9 o 2\u00ba andar.<\/li><li>Coletor de cordas &#8211; captura qualquer peda\u00e7o de saco de juta que possa ter ca\u00eddo no funil do mezanino.<\/li><li>Escaninho de limpeza de gr\u00e3os &#8211; o silo de engate suaviza o fluxo de incrementos de 500 libras de caf\u00e9 para que o fluxo se torne cont\u00ednuo para o pr\u00f3ximo processo.<\/li><li>Limpador de gr\u00e3os \u2014 o limpador de gr\u00e3os \u00e9 uma m\u00e1quina de v\u00e1rias etapas que usa muitas peneiras e aspiradores para remover pedras, fragmentos que n\u00e3o sejam de caf\u00e9 e poeira.<\/li><li>\u00cdm\u00e3 \u2014 o \u00edm\u00e3 remove quaisquer fragmentos de metais ferrosos que poderiam ter entrado na jornada de processamento primeiro dos dois silos de gr\u00e3os verdes foi projetado para ser um silo de armazenamento tradicional para gr\u00e3os de caf\u00e9 verdes limpos. Os silos s\u00e3o 12 c\u00e2maras montadas e alimentadas por um distribuidor rotativo na parte superior. O espa\u00e7o adicional na estrutura da base permite dobrar o n\u00famero de silos (e o volume de armazenamento) quando desejado. est\u00e1 cheio ou um lote est\u00e1 pronto para ser processado adicionalmente \u2013 como torrefa\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 ou pronto para ser transferido para super sacos para venda a clientes externos, o silo \u00e9 esvaziado atrav\u00e9s de uma comporta deslizante na parte inferior e em um transportador.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como grande parte dos silos \u00e9 preenchida com misturas de caf\u00e9 verde, compostas por muitas origens diferentes, cada lote pode ter uma variedade de tamanhos de gr\u00e3os.
