uitdagingen bij de productie van zijn populaire ontbijtkoekjes. Het bestaande productiesysteem had te kampen met aanzienlijke ineffici\u00ebnties, waaronder scheiding van ingredi\u00ebnten tijdens transport en hoogenergetische, onderhoudsarme pneumatische transporteurs. Het System Engineering-team van MPE ontwikkelde een uitgebreide oplossing gericht op de innovatieve Chain-Vey-technologie.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Het nieuwe systeem pakte de belangrijkste pijnpunten aan door middel van een zorgvuldig ontworpen proces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supersack-lossers met geavanceerde stromingstechnologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Precisie-feeders met gewichtsverlies zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid van ingredi\u00ebnten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stationaire overspanningsbakken met actieve kistbodems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een geavanceerd controlesysteem dat tot vier batches tegelijk beheert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">De transformatieve aanpak pakte meerdere operationele uitdagingen aan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eliminatie van ingredi\u00ebntenscheiding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verminderd energieverbruik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimale geluidsoverlast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbeterde onderhoudsvereisten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behoud van de nauwkeurigheid van ingredi\u00ebnten binnen 0,1%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Door het hele verwerkings- en transportproces van ingredi\u00ebnten opnieuw uit te vinden, stelde MPE dit grote koekjes- en snackmerk in staat om zijn productie te optimaliseren. Het nieuwe systeem zorgt voor een nauwkeurige meting van ingredi\u00ebnten, elimineert vrijwel geen productverlies en werkt in krappe ruimtes met minimale speling. Het resultaat is een effici\u00ebnter, kosteneffectiever en hoogwaardiger productieproces dat de productiemogelijkheden van het bedrijf voor ontbijtkoekjes aanzienlijk verbetert.
