class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>La prima fase di questo sistema di processo \u00e8 il soppalco con un paranco da due tonnellate. Il braccio solleva interi pallet di sacchi di juta, caff\u00e8 e super sacchi. La velocit\u00e0 operativa target del mezzanino soddisfa la tariffa desiderata dal cliente, con margine di manovra libero. Si tratta di un sistema ad alta efficienza; il che significa bassa rumorosit\u00e0 ed eccezionale sicurezza grazie alla raccolta della polvere incorporata all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;imbuto, che allontana tutta la polvere e i detriti dall&#8217;atmosfera sopra la piattaforma.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Il componente di raccolta della polvere protegge la salute respiratoria degli operatori. Il telaio del tavolo consente agli operatori di tagliare sacchi di iuta pallettizzati aperti ad altezza eretta, evitando che la schiena venga tagliata ripetutamente all&#8217;altezza del pavimento. <\/p>\n\n<p>Il trasportatore tubolare Chain-Vey da sei pollici di diametro di MPE nella parte inferiore dell&#8217;imbuto trasporta in modo silenzioso ed efficiente il caff\u00e8 verde a una velocit\u00e0 fino a 1400 piedi cubi (circa 34 metri cubi) all&#8217;ora, o 56.000 libbre (circa 25.400 chilogrammi) all&#8217;ora.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gli alimentatori vibranti favoriscono il flusso del caff\u00e8 verde abrasivo nel trasportatore. Il caff\u00e8 viene trasportato verso l&#8217;alto e attraverso una parete adiacente al sistema di pulizia dei chicchi verdi in un&#8217;altra partizione dell&#8217;edificio. Se il cliente avesse optato per il trasporto pneumatico in questo frangente, MPE afferma che i lavoratori sarebbero stati esposti a livelli di rumore superiori a 85 decibel, riducendo cos\u00ec la facilit\u00e0 di comunicazione e richiedendo una protezione dell&#8217;udito per soddisfare i requisiti dell&#8217;Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Inoltre, gli ingegneri dei sistemi hanno stimato che un trasportatore pneumatico con camere di compensazione avrebbe utilizzato circa 37 kWh all&#8217;ora, mentre Chain-Vey ne utilizzava solo 9,2 kWh all&#8217;ora. pesatrice per prodotti sfusi eroga incrementi di 500 libbre (227 kg) di chicchi verdi per un monitoraggio accurato delle quantit\u00e0 che entrano nel sistema per la lavorazione.<\/li><li>Quindi trasportato utilizzando un Chain-Vey a circa 40 piedi di verticale fino al 2 \u00b0 piano.<\/li><li>String catcher: raccoglie tutti i pezzi di sacco di iuta che potrebbero essere caduti nell&#8217;imbuto del soppalco.<\/li><li>Contenitore di compensazione per la pulizia dei chicchi: il contenitore di compensazione attenua il flusso di 500 libbre di caff\u00e8 in modo che il flusso diventi continuo per il processo successivo.<\/li><li>Pulitore di fagioli \u2014 il pulitore di chicchi \u00e8 una macchina a pi\u00f9 fasi che utilizza molti setacci e aspirapolvere per rimuovere pietre, frammenti non di caff\u00e8 e polvere.<\/li><li>Magnete: il magnete rimuove tutti i frammenti di metalli ferrosi che potrebbero essere entrati nel percorso di lavorazione dall&#8217;origine del caff\u00e8.<\/li><li>Successivamente il caff\u00e8 viene convogliato tramite un trasportatore pneumatico fino alla sommit\u00e0 dei silos di stoccaggio.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<hr aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Il primo dei due silos per chicchi verdi \u00e8 progettato per essere un silo di stoccaggio tradizionale per i chicchi di caff\u00e8 verde puliti. I silos sono composti da 12 camere assemblate e alimentati da un distributore rotante nella parte superiore. Lo spazio aggiuntivo sul telaio della base consente di raddoppiare il numero di silos (e il volume di stoccaggio) quando lo si desidera. I sensori di livello nella parte superiore e inferiore forniscono misurazioni precise del volume occupato in ciascun silo. Quando i responsabili dell \u201cimpianto sono pronti a dosare il caff\u00e8 per la lavorazione, aprono le saracinesca sul fondo di ciascun imbuto in una tramoggia della bilancia. La tramoggia della bilancia pesa la quantit\u00e0 di caff\u00e8 aggiunta da ciascun silo per costruire una ricetta batch (come una miscela di caff\u00e8 verde di diverse variet\u00e0). Una volta che le quantit\u00e0 erogate sono nella tramoggia della bilancia, il cancello scorrevole sotto la tramoggia della bilancia si apre per far entrare il lotto di caff\u00e8 verde attraverso una camera d\u201d aria e in un trasportatore pneumatico.        <\/p>\n\n<p>I passaggi successivi fanno parte della lavorazione aggiuntiva del cliente e non rientrano nell&#8217;ambito di questo progetto silo desiderato impostato da chi controlla il software di dosaggio.<\/p>\n\n<p>Quando un silo specifico \u00e8 pieno o un lotto \u00e8 pronto per essere ulteriormente lavorato, come la tostatura, o pronto per essere trasferito in super sacchi per la vendita a clienti esterni, il silo viene svuotato attraverso una saracinesca nella parte inferiore e in un trasportatore.<\/p>\n\n<p>Poich\u00e9 gran parte dei silos sono riempiti con miscele di caff\u00e8 verde, composte da molte origini diverse, ogni lotto pu\u00f2 avere una variet\u00e0 di dimensioni dei chicchi. \u00c8 fondamentale garantire che i chicchi pi\u00f9 grandi e pi\u00f9 piccoli non segreghino e disomogeneizzino la miscela durante lo svuotamento del silo. Pertanto, il design del silo garantisce il flusso di massa e non il flusso a imbuto.    <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpechicago.com\/it\/coffee-storage-options-mid-large-sized-roasteries\/\">Per saperne di pi\u00f9 sul flusso di massa rispetto al flusso a imbuto.<\/a>  Le superfici delle pareti e gli angoli dell \u201cimbuto assicurano che sia i chicchi piccoli che quelli grandi escano alla stessa velocit\u00e0 e garantiscono l\u201d omogeneit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result<\/h2>\n\n<p>Il sistema di processo del caff\u00e8 soddisfa tutte le specifiche stabilite all&#8217;inizio del progetto:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50.000 lb\/h di assunzione di caff\u00e8 in grani verde altamente efficiente.<\/li><li>Trasporto a trascinamento tubolare efficiente e silenzioso per lo spostamento del caff\u00e8 verde dall&#8217;aspirazione alla lavorazione.<\/li><li>Pulizia accurata del caff\u00e8 verde, rimozione di tutta la polvere, materiale fuori specifica, metalli, pezzi di sacco di iuta e cos\u00ec via.<\/li><li>Stoccaggio intermedio del caff\u00e8 verde per il dosaggio e il dosaggio preciso di molti tipi di caff\u00e8 per miscele.<\/li><li>Stoccaggio a flusso di massa per la conservazione di miscele omogeneizzate e il trasferimento allo stoccaggio di sacconi.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una grande azienda di importazione e lavorazione del caff\u00e8 voleva aumentare la propria capacit\u00e0 di pulizia, lavorazione e movimentazione del caff\u00e8 verde.
