Memanfaatkan pendingin air untuk semua gulungan dan seluruh permukaan homogenizer, suhu kopi tetap di bawah 40\u00baC setiap saat dan minyak dan aroma kopi yang mudah menguap dipertahankan di dalam kopi. Selain itu, pendinginan air memungkinkan untuk menghasilkan kopi ultrafine 24 jam sehari, secara konsisten dan akurat.
