Le ma\u00efs fabrique un \u00e9ventail d\u2019aliments de base tels que le gruau, les farines et les farines. <\/h3>\n\n<p>L\u2019installation n\u2019a qu\u2019environ 20 ans et est continuellement mise \u00e0 niveau avec les derniers \u00e9quipements de traitement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Les directeurs de l\u2019usine de ma\u00efs savaient que la pneumatique ne serait pas une option, et parce que les convoyeurs seraient expos\u00e9s aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ext\u00e9rieurs, ils voulaient une conception enti\u00e8rement ferm\u00e9e.     <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif et \u00e9quipement pass\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n<p>Ma\u00efs \u00e9tait en fait un utilisateur de convoyeurs tubulaires \u00e0 c\u00e2ble. Le transport de 2 000 pieds<sup>3<\/sup>\/h est atteint, la conception autonettoyante offre une tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit en ce qui concerne l\u2019assainissement et aucune s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation perceptible ne se produit. Maize envisage actuellement de convertir d\u2019autres convoyeurs utilisant des c\u00e2bles et des disques \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, en cha\u00eene, avec le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpechicago.com\/fr\/convoyeurs-tubulaires-a-trainee-chain-vey\/modernisation-du-convoyeur-a-cable\/\">syst\u00e8me de modernisation Cable-to-Chain-Vey<\/a>.    <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Roul\u00e9 \u00e0 77 000 lb\/h aujourd\u2019hui avec un produit de 38 lb\/pi<sup>3 <\/sup>. Selon votre sp\u00e9cification de 2 000 pi<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, nous sommes sur la bonne voie. C\u2019\u00e9tait [tr\u00e8s efficace] \u00e0 13,5 amp\u00e8res. Environ 80\u00a0% de niveau de remplissage de poche. Nous avons un point de pincement devant ce convoyeur que nous allons essayer de parcourir. Je pense que nous pourrions pousser le taux certains, peut-\u00eatre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90\u00a0% de remplissage de poche. De plus, nous avons arr\u00eat\u00e9 le convoyeur sous charge et red\u00e9marr\u00e9. Seulement 14,5 amp\u00e8res augmentent au red\u00e9marrage.
