Das bestehende Produktionssystem litt unter erheblichen Ineffizienzen, darunter die Trennung von Zutaten w\u00e4hrend des Transports und energie- und wartungsintensive pneumatische F\u00f6rderer. Das System Engineering-Team von MPE hat eine umfassende L\u00f6sung entwickelt, die auf der innovativen Chain-Vey-Technologie basiert.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Das neue System l\u00f6ste die wichtigsten Probleme durch einen sorgf\u00e4ltig konzipierten Prozess:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supersack-Entlader mit fortschrittlicher Flow-Technologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e4zise Differentialdosierwaagen zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Genauigkeit der Zutaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Station\u00e4re Schwallbeh\u00e4lter mit aktiven Beh\u00e4lterb\u00f6den<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein ausgekl\u00fcgeltes Steuerungssystem, das bis zu vier Chargen gleichzeitig verwaltet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Der transformative Ansatz bew\u00e4ltigte mehrere betriebliche Herausforderungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eliminierung der Trennung von Inhaltsstoffen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduzierter Energieverbrauch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimierte L\u00e4rmbelastung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbesserter Wartungsbedarf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beibehaltung der Genauigkeit der Inhaltsstoffe innerhalb von 0,1 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Durch die Neugestaltung des gesamten Prozesses der Handhabung und des Transports von Zutaten erm\u00f6glichte MPE dieser gro\u00dfen Keks- und Snackmarke, ihre Produktion zu optimieren. Das neue System gew\u00e4hrleistet eine pr\u00e4zise Messung der Inhaltsstoffe, eliminiert Produktverluste praktisch und arbeitet auf engstem Raum mit minimalem Abstand. Das Ergebnis ist ein effizienterer, kosteng\u00fcnstigerer und qualitativ hochwertigerer Produktionsprozess, der die Produktionsm\u00f6glichkeiten des Unternehmens f\u00fcr Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckskekse
