“Bring in the Expert.” Instantly.
Keeping complex equipment running is important, but not easy. So when travel or timelines don’t allow MPE to have a technician on-site, bring in the MPE Virtual Technician instead.
It’s a fast, organized and effective way to make your local team trained experts.
How to start? It’s easy.
- Provide a tablet or computer to run the MPE’s Virtual Technician Platform. Typically a Microsoft Teams platform.
- Provide network or Wi-Fi access to your device(s).
- Provide qualified personnel to interface live with trained MPE technicians and we take care of the rest.
