The
MPE Series 1000 Coffee Granulizers provide the highest capacity
levels attainable, including integrated normalizing/homogenizing
sections with PLC controls (see specification pages).
Features
of the Series 1000 include:
- Precision
engineered roll designs to match each stage of grinding
with the optimal roll configuration and speed.
Sizes up to 250mm (10") diam. x 1320mm (52") length
construction.

- Fully
automatic operation of the grinder, via MPE's unique PLC
control system, operates all facets of the equipment.
- PLC
grind distribution: By controlling the clearance (gap) between
the rolls electronically, the most precise grind is achieved,
automatically and instantaneously.

controlled temperatures: By controlling the temperature
of the coffee output through environmental and roll (water)
cooling, coffee aromatics and volatiles are retained and
consistent.
- PLC
controlled densification and homogenizing sections precisely
control coffee density and modification parameters.
