Grind Comparison

The benefits
of producing Turkish, Grecian, Lebanese and other ultrafine grind
coffees on an industrial roller style Granulizer, rather than with
"plates and stones," were first made possible several
years ago with the MPE Model "FT" Ultrafine. Those results
have been revolutionary, as shown on the adjacent graphs. Now higher
production levels and complete automation are attainable through
MPE's Model 889 "FT" grinding system.

warmest conditions, maintaining a constant, cool temperature. Coffee
aromatics and flavors, typically evaporated during high temperature
grinding, are now retained and coffee flavors enriched, enhanced and
optimized. |
