TS89 "Touch Screen" PLC controller
- controls coffee recipes to achieve precise
grinds, temperatures, density and feeder rates
for up to 99 recipes. The clearance gap between
the rolls is set to within 1/10,000th inch (.0025
mm) to achieve the most precise grind profile
possible.

- Bulk
density of the ground coffee
- is regulated precisely before being discharged from the
grinder through the use of the Model TS89 and MPE's exclusive
normalizer design, thereby meeting today's rigorous packaging
and coffee product standards.

. . . optimizes efficiency, flexibility and ease of service.
- Independent
Motor Drive (IMD) - allows complete roll speed and output
control via each section's matched motor drive . . . provides
increased production efficiency on even the finest (espresso)
grinds.
- Water-cooling
of rolls and normalizer - eliminates heat generation
during the grinding and normalizing (homogenizing) process
. . . avoids product degradation from the evaporation of
low temperature aromas and flavors (volatiles).
- Dust-tight,
gas-tight and hermetically - sealed construction options
are also available.
