Technically-speaking, the MPE G7 uses a water-cooled, disc-style grinder to first reduce the coffee to espresso quality and then directly discharges the coffee into a final Turkish grinding section. This final section utilizes the same roll technology as MPE’s larger Turkish Granulizers, so the quality is matched exactly. By optimizing two different grind technologies, and incorporating the (optional) MPE normalizer, the G7 produces a final ultrafine product with an optimal particle shape, density, uniformity and cool temperature.
