The MPE line of industrial coffee grinder equipment includes both disc and roller styles, ultra-fine, water-cooled, and related processing systems.

Our state-or-the-art industrial coffee grinder is the Model IMD 999 Gran-U-Lizer™, is ideal for most industrial coffee grinder applications up to 10,000 pounds (460 kg) per hour. The Model 999 provides engineered particle size reduction for industrial applications. With its engineered roll corrugation design and precision roll and gap tolerance, this machine provides steep, narrow particle size distributions tailored to the desired grind � Urn, Drip, Espresso and Turkish. Standard on the 999 is the modular stacked design, precision roll corrugations, variable speed power feeder, infinite gap control and spring-mounted rolls. MPE offers various roller style designs that range in capacity from 500 � 10,000 lbs/hr.

The SRM 4555 is ideal for gourmet, laboratory, pilot facility and plant applications. The superior grind quality of a roller style at the size and cost of a "disc" style is unique to MPE. The SRM 4555 is the world's smallest roller style grinding machine, producing up to 60 pounds per hour with an extremely uniform particle size.
The GPX.DC is a double chamber machine and is ideal for the separate grinding of multiple flavors, blends and roasts. This model provides an electronic logic controller that automatically opens the hopper gate for the selected grinding chamber during operation. It is designed to produce 250 to 500 pounds per hour from espresso to urn. This model is cost effective, flexible and reliable.
The GPX.WC Water-Cooled Disc Style is ideal for regular, Turkish and flavored applications. This new design delivers all of the exceptional features of our standard GPX model as well as the advantages of a water-cooled machine. It is perfect for high production applications up to 450 pounds per hour with capabilities including Turkish (100+ lbs/hr). By removing the heat from the process, the water-cooling on this model eliminates the loss of important flavor "volatiles" and aromas thereby optimizing the quality of the final product.

Other models suited for gourmet, flavored, batch and general production applications are the GPC-140 and the GPX. The GPC-140 combines precision manufacturing and innovative technology to produce a full range of products from urn to espresso. It has a convenient dial that allows the rapid selection of any desired particle with the end result being the ability to achieve a full range for a wide variety of production applications. The GPX is designed for all applications with batch sizes as small as one pound including flavored and gourmet where "clean-out" is important.
