The MPE GPX Precision Disc Style Grinder is ideal for gourmet, flavored, batch and general coffee production applications.
The GPX commercial coffee grinder combines precision manufacturing and innovative technology to produce a full range of grinds, from urn to espresso. The GPX Grinder can handle all applications with batch sizes as small as one pound (including flavored and gourmet, where "clean-out" is important). Designed to grind from 350 to 600 lbs. per hour, this machine features a convenient dial that lets you achieve a full range of grinds for a wide variety of applications.
The GPC-140 Precision Disc Style commercial coffee grinder is designed for the same gourmet, flavored, batch, and general production applications as the GPX, but produces up to 1000 lbs. per hour.
GPX.WC Water Cooled Disc Style - Ideal for regular, Turkish and flavored coffee grinding applications.
This new design delivers all of the exceptional features of our standard GPX commercial coffee grinder as well as the advantages of water cooling. By removing heat from the grinding process, water cooling eliminates the loss of important flavor "volatiles" and aromas thereby optimizing the quality of the product. It also includes solenoid shut-off valve to allow water cooling only during grinding operation. This grinding equipment is ideal for high production (regular or flavored) applications up to 450 lbs./hr. with grind capabilities including Turkish.
GPX.DC Double Chamber Disc Style - Designed with two separate grinding chambers, eliminating cross contamination when grinding multiple flavors, blends and roasts.
The GPX.DC lets you produce segregated products with the same equipment by handling the separation of different flavors, styles, etc. In the past, this would require two units or a clean out of the equipment between operations. An electronic logic controller automatically opens the hopper gate for the selected chamber during operation. When one chamber is used, its gate is opened and the other gate is closed automatically. Convenient dial allows the rapid selection of any desired finished product with each chamber, the result being the ability to achieve two grinds and two different flavors on the unit.
The GPX.DC is designed to handle from 250-500 lbs./hr. and provide cost effective grinding to the same excellent specifications as the "industry standard" Model GPX. Standard hopper size is 10 lbs., which can be enlarged up to 50 lbs. if desire.
The SRM 4555 Precision Roller Style is ideal for gourmet, laboratory, pilot facility and plant grinding applications. It provides superior results of expensive roller style models at the size and cost of disc style models. The SRM is the world's smallest roller producing up to 600 pounds per hour with an extremely uniform particle size. The dial control provides a full range from urn to espresso, while the normalizer achieves density control and the elimination of unwanted chaff. The result is quality unobtainable from any other type of similarly sized unit.
