designs provide the capability of modifying the shape, density,
"fat" characteristics, flow ability and a variety
of other coffee characteristics. This equipment includes specialized
designs
such as:
- PLC
controlled, water cooled, high speed densifiers/normalizers
for ground coffee.
- "Super-homogenizing"
units for modifying particle shapes and taste profiles.
- Full
spectrum, PLC controlled, super-homogenizers control coffee
density between 0.250 and 0.500 grams per c.c.
- Integration
of sifting systems can be utilized to produce an ultra clean
finished product.
