FEATURES:

Rugged in construction yet uncomplicated in design, the GPC-140 can be used as a free-standing unit or easily integrated into a continuous production line. With a minimal number of moving parts, the GPC-140 requires little maintenance and can be quickly and easily cleaned through the simple removal of three dial plate knobs.

Each set of grinding plates is individually machined and serrated through the use of precision computer-assisted machining tools utilizing actual diamond grinding wheels. Economical resharpening of these grinding discs is also achieved utilizing the same process, thereby insuring constant and continual grind quality.

An adjustable dechaffer assembly is incorporated into the grinding chamber discharge with an adjustable chaff controller for use on each specific grind, as desired.
