of producing Turkish, Grecian and Ultrafine grind coffees on an
industrial roller style Granulizer, rather than with "plates
and stones", are now made possible with the MPE "Ultrafine."

The particle size distribution
(grind) achieved on the "Ultrafine" is superior to that
of a "plate" or "stone" grinder (see graph
A). This means a perfect extraction rate all the time.
The "Ultrafine"
Grinder has proven itself capable of operating continuously in
the warmest conditions, while maintaining a constant, cool temperature
(see graph B). This means that the coffee aromatics and flavors
typically changed or lost due to the high temperatures of typical
grinding (plate/stone) methods, are retained with the "Ultrafine."
As has been proven in operation, this efficient low temperature
grinding method translates into a superior final product.
