Grind Comparison

The benefits
of producing Turkish, Grecian, Lebanese and other ultrafine grind
coffees on an industrial roller style Granulizer, rather than
with "plates and stones," were first made possible several
years ago with the MPE Model "FT" Ultrafine. Those results
have been revolutionary, as shown on the adjacent graphs. Now higher
production levels and complete automation are attainable through
MPE's Model 999 "FT" grinding system.

warmest conditions, maintaining a constant, cool temperature. Coffee
aromatics and flavors, typically evaporated during high temperature
grinding, are now retained and coffee flavors enriched, enhanced and
optimized. |

Our
NASA*/MPE partnership provides space-age super hard materials for

maintaining
the Ultrafine grind. |

MPE's exclusive super
homogenizing system modifies fats and other characteristics inherent
in ground coffee, which optimizes the important coffee taste brewing
characteristics (crema, extraction, appearance, etc.)
