Application oriented equipment for
unique and specific grinding applications.

Modern Process Equipment has developed specialized equipment for producing ground coffee and other products, under a variety of unique conditions.

Among these are:
  • Cryogenic grinding: Coffee grinding equipment for applications at temperature levels as low as -15°F
    (-8°C).
  • Hermetically sealed grinders for grinding coffee under pressurized conditions up to 5 bar (75 PSI).
  • Vacuum grinders for producing ground coffee under conditions designed to evacuate "free" aromatics, volatiles and gases during the grinding process.
  • Chaff grinding systems for reducing this roaster/ginder byproduct to a reusable (or discardable) condition.
