MPE Introduces the Model 900 Frozen Food Gran-U-Lizer™

(Chicago, IL) Modern Process Equipment Corporation (MPE) introduces the Model 900 Frozen Food Gran-U-Lizer™, specifically designed to reduce friable and frozen products to narrow particle size distributions with minimal generation of unwanted “fines”.

This no-impact grinding method imparts very low energy to the ground product, thereby preventing resultant heat generation and corresponding contamination/microbial issues.

The IMD 900 Gran-U-Lizer has wash-down construction, full access for easy-cleaning and is designed and manufactured to GMP standards.
