With the use of MPE's "active roll cleaning system", the size of coffee particles can be reduced to 50 microns, or about ¼ the thickness of a hair. The 50 Micron Turkish coffee grinder provides a consistent production of an Ultrafine grind, thereby creating the superior coffee taste that sets MPE Gran-U-Lizers apart from an other grinding method available. By providing a continuous, precise and adjustable control of coffee density, particle shape and flavor characteristics, the final result on the Turkish Gran-U-Lizer is an ultra-cool coffee product with a final temperature of -40°C.
