Featuring total automation via "touch-screen" recipe selection(s), the IMD 99 precisely controls coffee grind size, temperature, density and rate to exact standards, resulting in a 9,000 lbs/hr., 24 hours a day, seven days a week of production of superior coffee product. Each modular grinding section is driven by its own motor (up to 20 HP) and high torque drive belt (HTD). This allows for the stacking of up to three (3) grinding sections, providing optimal configuration for the application. Accurately-machined rolls provide precise roll "nip" tolerances and independent drive motor and HTD drives allow higher roll speeds and capacities with increased efficiencies.
