With the use of MPE's new "active roll cleaning system", the size of coffee particles is now reduced to a previously unachievable level of 50 microns, or about ¼ the thickness of a hair. MPE's exclusive 800 FT Turkish Coffee Gran-U-Lizer™ design produces a consistent Ultrafine grind that results in a taste that is superior to that attainable with any other grinding method. Providing continuous, precise and adjustable control of coffee density, particle shape, and flavor characteristics, the final result on the 800 FT is an ultra-cool coffee product with a final temperature of -40°C. Features include a modular stacked design, precision roll corrugations, a variable speed power feeder and infinite gap control.
